CHRISTIAN'S DOB is 5-1-94 - HIPS OFA EXCELLENT\PENNHIP SCORES ABOVE AVERAGE, EYES CERF! Baer Tested Normal! Christian is a sleek, b\w, s-coated, pricked eared bitch! Christian's temperament is without fault! Christian's sire, Imported Boy ABC 39773, and her dam, Hazel ABC 15278 have been top trial winners, and National Final qualifiers for Amanda Milliken for a number of years! She carries the blood of J. Cropper's #Cap 142018, #Dryden Joe ISDS 104626, and #Bwlch Taff ISDS 113243! Christian is the dam of Gordon Deno's Duncan, who is the youngest dog in U.S. History to be certified in search and rescue (6 mos., 1 week, and 2 days of age), agility winners, therapy dogs, and above all solid working stock dogs! Christian is the dam of our young trial dog,  Rod, whose doing extremely well to be so young!  Rod has already qualified for the National Nursery Finals! Christian has been one of Karen's favorite companion and working farm dogs! Fortunately, we have her daughter, Emmy!

Gail has been with us since she was 10 month olds, and has placed and won consistently in open for a number of years, as well as qualifying for the Nationals! Gail is sired by D. Scott of Ireland's Glen ISDS 191348, whose by M. O. Boyle's Bill ISDS 155548, and out of J. Thompson of Scotland's Jess ISDS 151097, and Gail's dam is I. Stevenson of Ireland's Jen ISDS 190054, and Jen's by Dalziel's ##Wisp ISDS 1614887! Gail is a well made, well mannered, tough, smooth coated, black and white, tipped eared dog! MIG'S DOB is 6-14-1999! MIG'S Mig is a small, very different looking smooth coated, black and white tri with pricked ears! She is sired by D. Cowens' Nap ISDS 233280, whose by his Sam ISDS 175750, and out of his Dot ISDS 220607! Most of Mig's topside are David Cowens of England's dogs! Mig's dam is D. Cowens' Maid ISDS 237188! This side of her pedigree are dogs owned and run by well known English, Irish, and Scottish trialsmen! Mig is a very keen and determined stockdog! She's done well on the trail circuit, and she's extremely good on the farm! She'll work anything that moves, and do it with confidence! BTW, Mig is not only a delight to work, but a delight to have around because she wants to please, and she's got a sense of humor! What more can you ask for in a dog friend\working companion!

Peg has a sweet, biddable temperament, and always wants to be with you when she's not working! Peg's a pretty, medium sized, b\w, rough-coated, pricked eared bitch! Peg is sired by Imported Jim ABC 133041 (a.k.a. The Bomber), and out of Hughes' of Wales trial winning bitch, Bet ISDS 188945! Peg is a grand daughter of the great Dalziel's ##Wisp ISDS 161487! Peg has been winning and placing consistently, since she made her debut to the trailing world in 1999!  Peg has qualified for the National Open Finals every year that she's been trialing!  Peg was invited to the Soldier Hollow Invitational in 2006, and again in 2007!  Peg was the 2007 Virginia Border Collie Association Reserve Champion Open dog behind her kennel mate, Megan!

Ruffie's DOB is 8-16-92 - OFA EXCELLENT\EYES CERF! Ruffie is a small, dynamic bitch, who will tackle anything she's asked to do without question with a solid, no nonsense attitude! Ruffie is a cute, b\w, r-coated, pricked\tipped eared bitch! She is line-bred to some of the most notable cattle dogs in U.S. history, which are E. D. West's Zeke ABC 2179, Queen ABC 1765, Coon ABC 104, Shot II ABC 100, Fan ABC 101, R. T. Averitt's Ben ABC 26, as well as the great Arthur Allen's Bill ISDS 65470, and Pat (Jeannie) NASD 13328, and R. Schroeder's Mac ISDS 69133! Ruffie has won cattle and sheepdog trials, and is now retired to the life of being Karen's father, Ray Thompson's # 1 companion and trick dog! Ruffie can be found riding in the front-end loader's raised bucket, a wheelbarrow, or just hangig out in the sheet metal shop with the ancient shop cat, Ginny! Occasionally, Ruffie is still used to work on the farm, and Karen's father needs to move stock! Thank you, Ruffie for not only leaving us with many wonderful memories of you, but also your daughter, Trip, who like you now follow my Dad, as he goes about his daily life on the farm! Dad turned 84 this year, 2004, and he still manages to keep us straight on the farm!

Longston's Supreme Int'l Champion, Bess ISDS 101142, T. Floor #Scott ISDS 57965, J. Brady's Jim ISDS 125956, and many other solid working farm\trial dogs!

Luke’s DOB is December 8, 1998! Luke is a handsome, medium sized rough coated, black and white, slightly tipped eared dog - HIPS OFA EXCELLENT\PENNSHIP SCORES ABOVE AVERAGE - ELBOWS XRAYED NORMAL - EYES CERF NORMAL! Luke is sired by Sharon Norstog’s Ty ABC 49365, who was 10 at the Nationals several years ago, and he’s out of Sharon Norstog’s Davon Babe ABC 74542, who works on their cow\calf and sheep ranch in North Dakota! Luke carriers the blood of the following well known dogs: Dalziel’s International Champion ##Wisp ISDS 161487, Jack Knox’s Imp. Jill ISDS 152309, Roy Brown’s Imp. Peg AIBC 107163, and Jones’ National Champion, BWLCH Taff ISDS 113243! Luke ran well last year, the few times that Tom trialed him, and above all, Luke works anything, whether it’s babies, mamas or breeding males, and handles cattle equally as well as sheep or goats! Luke was purchased from Alasdair MacRae! Luke has an absolutely bomb proof temperament, and it’s evident that he’s passing this on to his pups! The endeavors at the new farm made it necessary for us to sell Luke in 2004, but not before we retained some of his blood in our program! Luke was working hogs, cattle, and sheep on the farm of his new owner when he was killed in 2005!  Luke is saddly missed!
