Your pet must be up to date & have proof from your veterinarian on the following:
Vaccinations Examinations DHLPP Booster Annual Health Examination Bordetella Booster Fecal Examination Rabies Canine Three (3) Year Booster Heartworm Antigen Test Heartworm Preventative TO ASSURE THAT YOUR PET DOES NOT BRING FLEAS INTO OUR FACILITY OR TAKE ANY HOME; SHE OR HE WILL BE GIVEN A CAPSTAR PILL UPON ARRIVING AT THE COST OF $4.00
FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR PET(S); PLEASE INFORM US, IF YOUR PET HAS EVER EXHIBITED ANY OF THE FOLLOWING BEHAVIORS:___ Climbing ___ Digging ___ Hard to handle___ Agression (toward people or other dogs)___ Hard to catch\won't come when called ___Chewing___ fear of storms\noise sensitivity___ escape artist ___ separation anxiety! Does your pet have allergies? ___ Yes ___ No
LONG TERM BOARDING (2 weeks are longer) MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE! ANY DOG(S) LEFT OVER 10 DAYS FROM THE PICKUP DATE WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED, AND PLACED IN ANOTHER HOME OR FACILITY!
If for any reason, your dog(s) needs veterinary care while staying with me, unless otherwise prearranged with your own veterinarian, I will use the veterinarian that services our kennel or an emergency veterinarian on call after hours. It will be your responsiblity to pay the bill!
It is my heartfelt desire for your dog(s) to enjoy my farm & facilities! He or she will be treated like one of my dogs! I not be held liable for any pet's illness, injury, escape or death!

DIRECTIONS FROM 295N or 295S take 64 EAST to the Bottom's Bridge exit 205, which is right pass the weight scales! Exit 205 is to the right, and when you come up the ramp you take a left on 249 > go approximately 3 miles! You'll pass on your right the fire department, Restaurant, gas station, Verizon Station, and you'll make a left right pass the Verizon Station onto 612! Go less than a mile, and we're on the left at 9400\9404, which is directly across from Deer Lake Estates! Come to the second house on the lane!
